A modernist house with a clean, cubic body enriched by large glazing with a sliding terrace window. The building’s characteristic large glazing in the corner provides adequate lighting for the interior, while at the same time giving the impression that the surrounding nature penetrates inside. Double-glazed wooden windows with PSK

A package of modern, solid timber window frames that provide unrivalled quality and aesthetics over plastic windows. Standard balanced ventilation

Standard ventilation ensures balanced air exchange. The used air from the living area is removed through a roof chimney with an additional rotating cowl to increase efficiency. In the bathroom we use mechanically assisted ventilation. In the Hyta, we install wall vents with adjustable anemostats to ensure an optimum supply of fresh air. This is crucial for a comfortable and healthy microclimate. The vents have aesthetically pleasing anthracite-coloured inner panels.

Recuperative ventilation

Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Recuperation significantly reduces the amount of energy required for heating. A well-insulated building loses most of its heat through the exchange of fresh, but cooler air from outside. Recuperation allows you to comfortably control the air exchange in each room with a remote control or by phone. We use a high-quality recuperation system from a German manufacturer, which has aesthetically pleasing interior panels in black.

The pump is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, an ioniser and a humidity sensor. The unit has an extremely aesthetically pleasing sand-coloured indoor unit. The unit’s power allows it to be the only source of heat in the living area. It can also be an addition to other heating sources.

Modern fireplace in living room

A modern pellet fireplace with adjustable power. Pellets are an ecological and renewable source of energy, and the appliance combines the advantages of a traditional fireplace with a visible fire and the convenience of use, thanks to the remote control. Spectral solar control glazing

Selective solar control glass is coated with a special coating that reduces the flow of solar energy while maintaining a high level of light transmission.
