Allow yourself to rest, like never before.

An extremely spacious house, with its simplicity resembling a classic barn. Thanks to the glass gable wall and the open form of the interior, both the ground floor and the attic remain filled with daylight. The building has a very functional layout of the rooms. When designing this, we planned a large living space during the day for its residents with an open kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, as well as a spacious mezzanine. Additionally, we have created a practical entrance area with a large wardrobe accessible from the corridor. The illuminated and spacious living room can be additionally enlarged with a terrace, which, thanks to large sliding windows, can be combined with the interior, so that it constitutes an extension of the relaxation area.

HOW WE DESIGN

Functional solutions

Hyta is a functional solution with high aesthetic values. Construction costs have been reduced while maintaining the highest quality materials and details, so that our tiny houses remain an affordable solution for everyone. The construction process has been planned to be as simple, quick and intuitive as possible. The very design of the house, which was created with you and the comfort of your life in mind, is functional.

Frame construction

The skeleton structure is a safe and durable technology for erecting buildings, in which our subcontractors have many years of experience. The construction time is short, and the costs and amount of waste are much less than with classic structures. The technology comes from Scandinavia, which is famous for its harsh winters, ensuring that the house will work in the harshest weather conditions.

Large glazing

Thanks to Hyta’s large windows, the boundary between the interior and the nature around you is blurred. This allows you to connect directly with the landscape and its sounds in all weather conditions. In winter you can watch the snow fall; in the summer for the sun’s rays; in spring when nature comes to life; and in autumn for the golden leaves to fall from the trees. Hyta is a perfect shelter and an even better vantage point to experience the seasons.

We will prepare the walls so that it is possible to finish the facade with materials other than ours on offer. A substructure will be mounted on the wall, which can be the basis for any facade.

Raw larch

Elevation boards with the tongue and groove in a vertical arrangement, unpainted, with added preparation against biological corrosion. The set also includes a package of masking frames – window trims; steel drip caps; and window sills.

Painted larch

Tongue and groove façade boards, coated with linseed oil impregnation. 3 colors to choose from: ebony, gray and colorless. The set also includes a package of masking frames – window trims; steel drip caps; and window sills.

No finish

We will prepare the roof so that it can be finished with a sheathing other than ours. We will install wooden battens and counter-battens on the waterproof membrane, which can constitute a substructure of many types of roofing.

Seam sheet

Satin finish seam roof panels, in anthracite or gray-brown color. This type of plating is a long, aesthetic finish with hidden assembly. The set also includes a package of ready-made flashings with a ventilation chimney.

(T18) Trapezoidal sheet metal in a dark, silver, satin finish. This type of sheathing is a quick assembly from elements with larger surfaces. The set also includes a package of ready-made flashings with a ventilation chimney.

Double-glazed

FAKRO’s double-glazed wood joinery is sufficient for recreational use of the building in cold winters. The package includes a PSK sliding window and Martom exterior doors.

Triple-glazed

FAKRO’s triple-glazed woodwork meets European thermal standards, even for a single-family building. The package includes a PSK sliding window and Martom exterior doors.
