The extended version of the Hest model is an unusually spacious house alluding in its simplicity to the shape of a classic barn. Thanks to the glazed gable wall and the open form of the interior, both the ground floor and the mezzanine remain filled with daylight. When designing this Hyta, we planned a large living area with an open kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, as well as a spacious mezzanine for its inhabitants. In addition, we created a practical entrance area with a large wardrobe accessible from the corridor. The bright and spacious living room can be further extended with a terrace.

Double-glazed wooden windows with PSK

A package of modern, solid timber window frames that provide unrivalled quality and aesthetics over plastic windows. Chambered, double-glazed windows are appropriate for the use of a leisure building in cold weather. The windows provide high durability, structural rigidity and have greater weather resistance than PVC. The package includes a large PSK (German: Parallel-Schiebe-Kipp-Tür) tilt and slide window and a wooden, glazed exterior door.

Triple-glazed wooden windows with PSK

Package upgrading the standard of wooden windows with triple glazing. The joinery in this variant meets the current thermal standards for single-family residential buildings in accordance with WT2021. Standard balanced ventilation

Standard ventilation ensures balanced air exchange. The used air from the living area is removed through a roof chimney with an additional rotating cowl to increase efficiency. In the bathroom we use mechanically assisted ventilation. In the Hyta, we install wall vents with adjustable anemostats to ensure an optimum supply of fresh air. This is crucial for a comfortable and healthy microclimate. The vents have aesthetically pleasing anthracite-coloured inner panels.

Recuperative ventilation

Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Recuperation significantly reduces the amount of energy required for heating. A well-insulated building loses most of its heat through the exchange of fresh, but cooler air from outside. Recuperation allows you to comfortably control the air exchange in each room with a remote control or by phone. We use a high-quality recuperation system from a German manufacturer, which has aesthetically pleasing interior panels in black.

Underfloor heating in the living room

The pump is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, an ioniser and a humidity sensor. The unit has an extremely aesthetically pleasing sand-coloured indoor unit. The unit’s power allows it to be the only source of heat in the living area. It can also be an addition to other heating sources.

Modern fireplace in living room

A modern pellet fireplace with adjustable power. Pellets are an ecological and renewable source of energy, and the appliance combines the advantages of a traditional fireplace with a visible fire and the convenience of use, thanks to the remote control. It has a large pellet hopper, which is ignited and dosed automatically. We recommend the goat as an additional source of heat in the living room, which will provide a unique atmosphere. Instantaneous water heater

Spectral solar control glazing

Selective solar control glass is coated with a special coating that reduces the flow of solar energy while maintaining a high level of light transmission. This special glazing improves thermal comfort in summer. As a result, the interior does not heat up, even if the building has a wall with a large window on the side where there is a lot of light. The package incorporates solar control glazing on the front façade.

Glass entrance canopy

A 70x120cm canopy over the entrance in a minimalist and modern form that blends in perfectly with Hyta’s architecture, highlighting the entrance area while maintaining the light character of the building. Belgian toughened and tinted glass provides protection from both the sun and the rain. The stainless steel brackets and tempered premium glass ensure that the canopy will last for many years.
